Our Cancellation Policy - Cancellations must be made within 24 hours. Cancellations after the 24 hour period will be handled on a case by case basis - we will always strive to help our customers in whatever ways we possibly can - however, some manufacturers have “no returns/cancellation” policies of their own and if the fabric(s) your pillow requires comes from such a manufacturer, unfortunately, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
